Mezzanine Racking
Medium duty shelving forms the main parts of the Mezzanine, and cold rolling walkways connect all shelving to build a whole structure of Mezzanine. Special locks are used to fix walkway and catwalk tightly.
The walkway has such advantages as good loading capacity, high precision, quite smooth walkway surface, and it's easy to be fixed. The mezzanine is equipped with lighting system, easy for accessing and management of goods.
Walkway surface can be customized to be smooth and accidented types and that with holes. Loading of the shelving in mezzanine is normally less than 500kg per layer; level height of mezzanine is between 2200 to 2700mm.
Height of shelving on top of mezzanine is around 2000mm, taking loading and unloading of goods into good consideration. Staircase, hydrauliclift table and lift are equipped, combined with forklifts, for moving goods from ground to floor panels.
Mezzanine is freely to design to be two-layer or three-layer based on the requirements from customers, taking full use of the storage space. This kind of mezzanine is widely used in the fields of automobiles, electronics, light industry and mechanics, etc.

Upright:
Frame
A frame is made up of two uprights with the corresponding horizontal and diagonal bracing,footplates and accessories.They are slotted every 50 in order to fit the beams.
General Dimensions
1.The standard heights of frame:H2000&H2500.Other also available up to H6000.
2.The standard depths are D500-D600-D800-D1000.
3.If a special height or depth is needed,please contact IRACKING technical department.
Iracking uprights are punched with symmetric hexagonal slots at 50mm intervals for beam height adjustment.
The different sections and thickness of uprights enable them to be adapted to a wide range of loading requirements.
Step Beam:
Step Beams
Beams with steps are the horizontal components on which the load is directly stored and on which the shelving decks are fitted in order to store small-size products.
A wide range of beam section size and thicknesses are available at IRACKING to meet your different storage needs.
Beam End Connectors
Depending on the section size of beam & loading capacity,IRACKING offers its beam with 2-hooker,3-hooker connectors with thickness up to 2.5mm.
Galvanized Shelving Decks
Galvanized shelving decks as standard
components,which are on a pair of step beams for storage of small-size items,such like cartons,bins,etc
As general,there are two or three decks per shelving level.
Small Components include:
Post Baseplate, Bracing, Plastic Block for assembly of horizontal bracing, Anchors, Bolts & Nuts, and Safety Pin.

1. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China, close to Shanghai. You can fly to Nanjing or Shanghai airport directly.

2. Q: What is the raw material of your products?
A: As general, the raw material of steel code is Q235. Other steel is also available to clients' requirements.
3. Q: What is the term of payment?
A: As general, 30% T/T down payment and balance before shipping.
4. Q: What is delivery time?
A: It depends on the order quantity and racking types. As general, within 15 days, for ordinary order quantity of Storage Pallet Racking

5. Q: Which port will be used as loading port?
A: Nanjing port, the closest port to us, is recommended strongly as loading port. Shanghai port is also available, but not recommended
because of much higher in-land trucking transportation costs from our factory.
