Upright:

 

Standard section sizes: 80*60*1.8-2.0, 90*70*1.8-2.0-2.5, 100*70*2.0-2.5, 120*95*2.0-2.5mm



Iracking uprights are punched with symmetric hexagonal slots at 75mm/76.2mm intervals for beam height adjustment.
The different sections and thickness of uprights enable them to be adapted to a wide range of loading requirements.

Boxed Beam:

 

Standard section sizes: 80*50*1.5, 100*50*1.5-2.0, 110*50*1.5-2.0, 120*50*1.5-2.0, 140*50*1.5-2.0, 160*50*1.5-2.0, 180*50*2.0mm.


Beams provide support to pallets located on top.Box beams are constructed by joining two"c"sections over the entire length of the beams.Double material thickness top and bottom provides much greater added strength,rigidity and safety.

Small Components include:
Post Baseplate, Bracing, Plastic Block for assembly of horizontal bracing, Anchors, Bolts & Nuts, and Safety Pin.

1. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 
A: Our factory is located in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China, close to Shanghai. You can fly to Nanjing or Shanghai airport directly.
You are warmly welcome to visit us whenever you are available!
2. Q: What is the raw material of your products?
A: As general, the raw material of steel code is Q235. Other steel is also available to clients' requirements.
3. Q: What is the term of payment?
A: As general, 30% T/T down payment and balance before shipping.
4. Q: What is delivery time?
A: It depends on the order quantity and racking types. As general, within 15 days, for ordinary order quantity of Storage Pallet Racking
System.
5. Q: Which port will be used as loading port?
A: Nanjing port, the closest port to us, is recommended strongly as loading port. Shanghai port is also available, but not recommended
because of much higher in-land trucking transportation costs from our factory. 
6. Q: May I know the status of my order?
A: Yes. We will send you information and photos at different production stage of your order. You can also get the latest information on
our contract tracking system.
7. Q: Are samples available?
A: Yes. Short sections of samples could be provided, they are free of charge, but international courier costs to be borne by clients.
8. Q: Is Galvanized Finish available for pallet racks? 
A: Yes. Pallet raking posts and bracings are available with galvanized finish.
